Now, I wouldn't say that I'm bias to either side, but if you try, you can sing either song on top of the other perfectly. So simillar chord progressions and a simillar beat. Either way however, I don't think there is a need for such a huge argument over this. Especially in the aggressive manner it's coming out right now.

No doubt there is little similarity of the song beats between Pink Monsoon & The Boys, the difference is there is rapping and more energetic in the The Boys song which Pink Monsoon don't. I've listened to both songs concurrent before writing my opinion. No offence to the fans. Relax and enjoy both songs which that is what they are paid for, to entertain us.
