So when you fall asleep it will fall and wake you back up. Also when your at that state where your almost asleep then try to astral project.

the way i do it is by internally chanting a two syllable mantra internally and in syc with my breath bringing my breath to an almost halt. then all my body vibrates and a trumpet like sound is heard accompanied by a very blissful feeling. Then i start heading towards the ceiling and off to wander. First i was scared and awed by the experience, then gradually i got used to the feeling . Its truly an amazing experience.

@TheShreme First of all, Insidious is a freaking movie. You can't get lost and possessed during Astral Projection. Your physical body is protected by a "silver cord". That keeps your body protected unless it is severed. It can't be severed until got decides its your time. Never listen to movies.

@TheShreme "Insidious" was not an actual portrayal of what astral projection really is. It's not possible to get possessed or to go too far from your physical body. You can go anywhere in the universe in the astral realm without anything bad happening. It's really hard to stay out of your physical body due to the natural tendency of the soul and the physical body to be together, so all that is required to get back inside of your physical body is to think of it.

weird for me is was simpler to die. but i got lucky when my body was in the hospital is was a little weird i heard a voice say it's not your time then i woke up and they said i had a near death experience. ill tell you this when you die it's very peacefull if you want my full story go to my channel and ill tell you. and yes mymrpowwell is right be carefull with this there are alot of astral bodies that can take over your real body and youll have to search for another body just like they did.

I was looking directly at the sun the other night (sunset) for a bit cuz it didnt hurt my eyes, and ive read that looking at the sun is good for you and changes your eye structure. well when i woke up yetersday i have this faint little bright spot in my vision...ya know from looking at the sun its so bright. Its healing, but i want it to go away cuz im scared about it. However i can see auras faster now Yay. Do u think the spot in my vision will heal ?(:

@ShotbytheRainbow there are other ways to heighten your senses. Learn about vibrations and the pineal gland (third eye) I've never heard of anything like that.. I've heard we're connected to the sun( like the rest of the universe) and that we find a sense of familiarity with it's vibrations and emanating sounds and that there could be healing properties when it comes to that, although I have heard about direct rays of light used in heal. I dont think its ever a good idea to stare at the sun.

I used to have really weird experiences while I was trying to sleep, such as shaking, hearing strange noises, seeing lights, etc. I thought I was going crazy for a while, but now I think I was on the brink of a successful astral projection! the way i do it is by internally chanting a two syllable mantra internally and in syc with my breath bringing my breath to an almost halt. then all my body vibrates and a trumpet like sound is heard accompanied by a very blissful feeling. Then i start heading towards the ceiling and off to wander. First i was scared and awed by the experience, then gradually i got used to the feeling . Its truly an amazing experience.

Please please please stop this, it is not healthy for your psyche. Live in the real world and allow the real world to define the mechanisms by which your consciousness reacts to stimuli. Astral projection is actually forced hallucination (hallucination is never a sign of healthy brain function) and Lucid Dreaming is not healthy because dreaming is the time when your brain works out the questions and symbolism presented in everyday life.
