@ArmyOvOneInc If you want to have an even number body. Do the most you can. don't worry about numbers. And besides, weight workouts are the best. Body-weight exercises are the best. Pull ups, dips, muscle-ups, pushups, handstand pushups, pistol squats.
for the 'Olympic curls', what you could do is have a thick piece of doweling and drill a hole through it, and put about a 4 foot string on it with 5-10 pounds on it ......hold your arms horizontally and twist the string up the bar......price efficient information by a teen-ager ;)

I want to get my forearms big as fast as possible, so I am wondering how often I should work them. Like you said, we use these muscles all day long, so does that mean they can be worked almost everyday, like the abs? Great workout! I've adapted it a bit because I don't have an olympic bar so I'm doing the other ones twice. Also I replaced the plates with 5kg dumbbells to which I pinch the bar with the tip of my fingers. The tubing can be found in any sports section of a store for like 5 euros. So here is a workaround for people who don't have the equipment he uses.

Just do barbell curls and dumbell curls. They work the forearms a great deal. In a couple years your forearms should look great...heck, mine are looking good after 2 months of heavy lifting (the heaviest i can curl for 6-8 reps for up to 3 sets)

@ShortGrey1 If you think about it, he doesn't rest and he talks the entire video. Its hard to get enough oxygen to your forearms and your lungs when you're giving a 7 and a half minute speech.
Just did Bicepts, tricepts an lats, always struggle to get my forarms but after around 5 minutes of doing this they burned more then my 45 minute routine for my upper arms thanks for the help bro! :D

@Rowdie999 maybe when your holding them down in the rest position your working your grip(forearms) so maybe u have weak grip but you will feel it less as you work on it more often
