I think that a LFX fromm the Camaro would be cool in a Corvette. It'd still be pretty quick. Power to weight about the same as a 370Z or Camaro SS. Figure they could knock off atleast 6k from the price tag. It'd get great mpg. Probably over 30 hwy. Maybe?

God fuck this whole "oh, it's a V6 shit". Seriously, JUST because it has that fucking option doesn't ruin the whole damn car. It targets a market that's there, and a very large one at that, and they get a lot of sales because of it. There are millions of other cars with V6s, even more with inline 4s, many of them much less admirable, but the second you throw them in one of these iconic muscle cars, people talk down to them like they're worthless. it's a fucking OPTION. to each their own

@stangredemption Not really a supercharged GT can run with a C6...The C6 only has 430 horsepower which is probably pretty close to that mustangs in the video..

@tivoguyis44 Mustangs are nice cars but they are NOT in the same class as a corvette. A mustang with 430hp vs a 430hp corvette will lose every time and if I have to explain why, it is not worth the time. Just enjoy the mustang for the nice car it is.

@89civ - ok so back in the 50's the vett wasn't a muscle car? Hate to break it to ya but in 1955 the vett did come with a 3.9L inline 6... :)... Also, my guess is within the next decade a 6 cylinder vett will exist... and i'll still call the vett a muscle car for sure
