Animals have to get the rabies shot every year here. The chances of you running into an animal with rabies is slim in the United States. Not saying it is due to the shot because alot of animals don't get vaccinated. I think the culture of the people, and how they are around animals some how gets them infected often in other parts of the world. Looks like this guy turned Cujo on his wife.
