At least there releasing a DVD of the austrailian show for the fans of it. My opinion is neutral I neither love nor hate it. I'm not a big fan ALW's phantom. It's beautiful yes, but there better versions out there. And I think he should have based the sequel on something other than Phantom of Manhatten. Look up what the Phantom Reviewer has to say on the book Love Never Dies was based off of I must say I agree whole heartily

I've been in theatre since 2006 and yes, typically that type of bow is done by girls/women. I suppose if you wanted to and if you're a guy you could do that type of bow.

And I hated how I don't have a passport and couldn't see this and now I have to see it on DVD :/

The good news is that they are making a DVD recording of the Australian production. I think it's being filmed during a performance this month. Not exactly like getting to see the show live, but it's better than nothing for us who never got to see it. :)

The Australian Version looks amazing,

I think Andrew should have a break from it to go back in with fresh eyes and then build on the Australian Version maybe add a new song tweak the structure and then hit Broadway with it.

Enough people have seen it or got the CD now its got quite a big following .It will counteract the Love Should Die group with their fake negative reviews.

I do think their negative campaign and the West End Whingers Paint Never Dries review killed it.

It was on my "must see" list. So when I heard it was closing, hopped on a plane to cross an ocean, picked-up my daughter and drove from mainland Europe to the Adelphi to watch the final performance. It was so much more than I could ever have expected, been at many shows on Broadway, National Theatre Washington and West End but this Aug.27th was ... wowww ... the best I've ever seen.

Love truly Never Dies, the show must come back. I need to see it again ... sadly without Ramin Karimloo.

Saw the original version of this musical (meaning before the edits/changes) 3 days after it first opened in London...... It was my first time seeing anything on the west end and it was possibly one of the best nights of my life... It was truly an amazing show that had it not been for the fact it was a sequel to Phantom of The Opera would have been appreciated by the majority of musical theatre fans I'm sure. (I am not included in the group of people who don't like the fact that Phantom got a sequel by the way) Since it announced its closure it rapidly gained more fans and support so I am sure in the future it will re-emerge bigger and better. Love will never die. <3
