I recently pulled Jones Arrest Records. Why is it that on the paperwork filed in Quartzsite 3 judges Recused themselves from her case . AND why is it that Miss Jones or should I say Miss Harris because that is her real name has arrests in California and I know its her because it has the same contact number on the quartzsite and the CA paperwork. The problem here is your own attitude. You had a head of steam up (about your rights, etc) long before this officer even approached. He doesn't care whether you're a self-styled reporter or whatever. You made yourself a witness at the scene. He would have asked an unknown reporter the same questions (name, etc). Your issue with that was based on your own anti-police prejudice, which undermines the credibility of your comments and your videos.

Victimless crime? You can't be serious. There is no such thing and, as a supposed reporter, you should know what an oxymoron is, right? That is like saying non-lethal death, or scalding cold water, or, well, you get the idea.

A crime is a crime. If you think something should not be a crime, run for office and change the law. If you are not willing to do that, then please, at least use proper English whenever possible while learning to be a reporter.

I think the larger issue is that some police officers need a refresher course on professionalism when dealing with the public. It is one thing to speak with authority but most forget that speaking with authority doesn't mean being rude. Just my two cents worth.
