As an aside and last remark, For those that lack instinct and/or experince in such matters I can tell you Paudge Behan is probably one of the world's all-time greatest kissers. Whoever has made love with him has been transported to the outer stars. ;-)

I googled him and his bio is oddly sketchy. Plus being wrongly accused of murdering an elderly woman in Italy where he seems to have gone to live. Is he homosexual? Alcoholic? or just unable to cope with Business end of the acting profession which can be brutal.
Well despite all its flaws it was a good distraction, helped by the excellent acting of Paudge Behan brilliant Fionnula Flanagan. A pity it wasn't totally made by Anglo/Irish people as the American touch is what ruins this in many ways. The time Bill was missing was unnaturally dragged out. Ms. Turner is a fair actress, her make up was dreadful. That red clown mouth at the end was revolting. Difficult to believe that the character of Bill would ever fall for such a brunette Barbie type.
This movie was a nice change and the scenery is beautiful. The music here is wonderful though. i wish it had a soundtrack, I'd definitely buy it if just for the last score.
what is the true love here? she almost killed her first fiancee by broken his heart. if she new steven was not meant for her why did she accept marrying him?
she spent a few days in venice and fell in love. with what? a fun man? everyone is fun on a vacation. thats what vacations r for. and everyone likes a change in their lives that will relax us and make us feel better. but having sex in every nook and cranny of italy is not love. and who knows if she will not start getting fed up of bill when he is on his journalistic ventures. when she has to be a full time mom to his daughter?when she has to spend half her life with his mom?will she only paint?

the bill guy is suck in the first place ... then this woman is a sex maniac becoz he fell for the guy after being f**ked for only one night .... so he left her fiancee for this bill guy juz becoz of sex ...

it's a bit far fetched to be shot up like that not get treatment then come back perfect without any wounds, or anything, but it is a love story after all, and she reminds me so much of Vanessa Williams perfect name for her. Ty so much for the movie I never cried so much in my life as I did watching this ....L.O.V.E. xx
