I`ve never switched rams before but I am planning on buying a extra ram so I can add more power to my laptop I`ve noticed that you removed a card how do I know which replacement card I should remove? If I`ve never added a ram will that slot be empty?

Well you have to know, that the model which I have the (Compaq-F763NR) can only hold specific number of RAM memory. Be careful, and research, some times the more expensive is the better so it's 100% compatible.

yes, this model does, but to save time, i only show the removal of one chip, since removing the other one involves the same procedure.
