For me, ramin noodles or grits is like a naked pizza dough; U HAVE TO ADD TOPINGS!!! I love to add cheese to grits, along with 1 egg, some vegies, & of course PROTEIN; beef, fish, WHATEVER. It fills me up 4 half the day. I don't add cheese to ramin noodles, but i do add FISH SAUSE, along with veggies & meat. Umm Um GOOD.
