Chinese soldiers KILLED Pema Tsepak 48 hours ago.
This is it. Beijing has finally lost its mind. It will keep issuing orders to beat people to death, during this run-up to Losar, this run-up to the March anniversary; it is brainless. The Chinese government is proving once and for all it does not understand the Tibetan people, the Tibetan culture, and never will. What idiocy, and what a tragic day.
No religious Monks should behave like Criminals and have violent-minded followers. The Tibetan buddhist teachings are really questionable. What did BUDDHA, the founder of Buddhism taught? What have the Tibetans learnt? I don't think Richard Gere learn much from them.
i have read several of the dalai lama's books and i have found them to be extremely helpful. they make sense and are simple and practical. his books provide advice on how to train yourself to take a broader view of situations, i find this helps me. his books have helped me in my personal life and in my work. thankyou dalai lama!!
A true buddhist will not resort to personal attack. Or insults for that matter. That is for immature souls on the path. The truth stands on it's own. And does not need defending. We of the shamanic path war with no one. The only enemy is self. many of the truths stated below. in the coming years will become self evident. Pray, fast, meditate with your mind. Your heart. The whole essence of what you are. and wish to be. The answers will come to you. if your heart is clean. And your intentions pure.
Their is an outspoken monk over their. of great spiritual power. Who is quite candid about the dalai lama. and his corruption. And he has had 16 assassination attepmts on his life. Why? do you not find that curious? Professional assassins too. not crazed dalai lama followers. It seems he is able to repel the onslaught of the dalai lama. And his army of black magicians. So they resort to direct attack. But this man is more powerful. And still has the courage to speak the truth.
As for the arguments about the dalai lama. Let's be clear here. He is an evil man. Period. end of story by the way. Go to india, tibet, nepal, bhutan ect,,, and talk to the people. And monks from other sects. As well as shamans. They will tell you. without the ruby lenses most have in the west. This man is like sai baba or pat robertson. A con man and a lier. And a black magicain. It is shocking. I know !!! But go to these places and you will see for yourself.
If you are looking for spiritual leaders that are admirable. taoist priests are pretty intersting. They adhere to none of this bullshit. And are among the most enlightened. and spiritualy powerful human beings on earth. They live longer than other people as well. Usually a 100 or more. The oldest human in recorded histoery was a taoist. Li-king yuen. He lived from 1678-1930. This is documented. He won 3 longevity awards from the chinese government. And was a professor as well.
Most of the heads of the dominant religions. are working together on an ambitious one world religion. And they all worship the negative. The pope, dalai lama, the zoroaster sayoshant,,billy graham, pat robertson, various hindu bramans, bahai priests, rabbi leaders, imam's and so on. In actuality. They do not follow their respective religions. They are luciferian adherents. It sounds absurd. But the truth often is. You do not need these people. God is within all of you.
"In Sri Lanka, armed battles between Buddhist Sinhalese and Hindu Tamils have taken many lives on both sides. In 1998 the U.S. State Department listed thirty of the worlds most violent and dangerous extremist groups. Over half of them were religious, specifically Muslim, Jewish, and Buddhist."
buddhists' wars were fought in the east, that's why in the west we are not familiar with them.
"In Sri Lanka there is a legendary and almost sacred recorded history about the triumphant battles waged by Buddhist kings of yore. During the twentieth century, Buddhists clashed violently with each other and with non-Buddhists in Thailand, Burma, Korea, Japan, India, and elsewhere. "
so you favor not teaching history, do you? how about holocaust? would you say that's irrelevant too? only the skinheads would say that the holocaust is irrelevant. anyone saying that history is irrelevant is a suspect.
the standard of living of the people cant be judge by judging at the leader they follow. i think u need to wash ur brain first and than point to sumone who is much much greater than u.
To All That It May Concern: Please perform Long Life Offerings and Mantras for His Holiness the Dalai Lama, as he is currently suffering from exhaustion.

Should listen to all the teachings Tsem Rinpoche (from Gaden Monastery) gives and think deeply. He has a wonderful three part video speaking about HH the Dalai lama. It is a moving piece. It is on youtube. I love him because he is so non-sectarian and respectful of HH the Dalai lama. What a great combination. He is so devoted to HH.
what is there to visit Tibet...It has been turned to another Chinese city. They are more Chinese in Tibet than Tibetan. Regarding importance of Tibetan language....Do Tibetan in Tibet get goverment job based on their Tibetan langauge skill or Chinese knowledge......Is postal in Tibet delivered in Tibetan language or do they have to write Chinese .......Please research....
it's sad to see how people in China has been brainwashed completely about Tibet and Dalai lama. Hope communist will lift ban on media and lets general Chinese get access to true situation and state of Tibet.
Offcourse he want power :) The power the free tibet... and the power to stop wars... I want that power too. Dont you?
A teaching that uses science, logics that may be proven by practicing it, is not a wrong teaching. If you make ALOT of people feel deeply happy, even in hard times.. how can that be wrong? ;)
no lie, I have met him and I'm only 19. seeing as I'm 19 I will meet him again. I agree with you, but you must understand that I once said I'd meet Desmond Tutu once in a lifetime, yet have met him three times and had a conversation twice.
Granted, the Dali Lama is an amazing person. But step out of your mental reigns and realize that he is a person, just as you are. Meeting him is... inspirational, but don't worship the man or his coming and goings, study his actions and learn from them.
Then Chinese Communist government came to Tibet in 1940s. Listen, Worst yet to come. PRC let tibetan children killed their parents executive style. That was some 40 yrs ago. Nowaday, PRC has systematically excluded Tibetans prosper in their own land.
The Dalai Lama's idealized teachings may work for those issues involving religious conflicts. But it is not a solution for the issue of Tibet today. If he wants to solve Tibetan issue, he should get up and get off the throne, start walk in the streets like Gandhi ji did, Dr King did etc I mean lead Tibetans if he is political leader of tibet.
I found myself crying with happiness on seeing this video-he felt alive to me in it, and I realized that kindness, respect for human life and dignity is real. Amazing video
he is the most beaitiful being in the earth. I can feel in this video his joy, his peace and his love. great post! thank you!
I argee with you. seeing this wondful man with out knowing his history, you wouldn't have known his pain of being banned from his homeland over 50 years,Having his own people murdered,Being called Evil, a wolf in monks clothing and till this day hold no angry towards china is not only amazing, But a true man of his own beliefs.
Bruce, I am actually sure he will prefer to live in a cave somewhere subsisting on whatever he can forage in the wilderness, like many in his school of thought. It is just that he has been bestowed the leadership that he has to fulfilled his obligations.
self enjoyment is wrong when it becomes an issue of attachment, or brings suffering unto others. When it is not an issue of attachment, of course there is no problem with it.
I like that he ask about the people he meets. Out of curiousity, who's supplying the body guards? I'm pretty sure he doesn't have the men in suits with him when he's back home. Being happy is good, how many of us can live a minimal life and be as happy as he is? I'd go into withdrawal if I didn't have internet access or my cell phone.
that's a good question. The only thing that I know for certain is that Stephen K. Hayes (a former student of Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi, the so-called "last living ninja") used to be his bodyguard.
Compassion,to have ethics in the heart,to mind all others wellbeing at first hand in the mind fools us its a weight and loss. However it doesnt have any weight or burden. To be sucspisios is what take power away.
The only way to SOLVE problems-not win fights-are thru loving kindness and ! compassion
