Charles Darwin University is an absolute joke. Totally inept. My wife successfully completed a 4 year degree at this shithole. It is now 28/6/2011 and she still has not received her degree. It's still at the printers ????? WTF is going on. The next excuse will be........????

@tittymumma it's not very fair of you to downgrade a university like that. Academically speaking, In a university it all depends on what you study and how endeavoured you are in your studies. For instance if you study envronmental science or engineering at CDU, it is really excellent and graduates find jobs straight away. The degrees of CDU are recognised internationnally. At last If you were unhappy at CDU, why did you stay 4 years there ???

Charles Darwin University is an abolute joke beyond belief. Ask people who have attended this facility and the general consensus is the same. My wife successfully completed a 4 year degree at this inept shit hole in December 2010. It is now 31/5/2011 and they still have not provided her with her documentation. The excuse at this point in time is that the documents are at the printers. I wonder what the next excuse will be. Absolutely ridiculous and totally inept.

This is false advertsiing. CDU is an absolute joke. It's one of the lowest ranked universities in Australia. This is a fact, not just my opinion. Don't be fooled with this rubbish, the management is inept, the education is no where near high quality as they claim, it's absolutely laughable. Don't waste your time here, it's an absolute nightmare. If you don't believe me, well good luck and we will see what you think after you start.....

@tittymumma Well it really depends on what you are studying as well. Dont just discount CDU on certain courses. Also, grads (international students) who came out of CDU are most successful getting job in Darwin. I would take it, rather than study at "truly world-class" universities of Sydney and Melbourne and sit unemployed (because of competition, number of unis, big population, etc., etc.) at home.
