  • dude thats wotrth like a million dollars

  • @infringinator i will sell it for 250k? thats pretty cheap since its worth 1mill lol

  • @DannysCam you have the cart holder in wrong, if you have to loosen the screws to get the holder to lock and unlock its not on right, you need to push it down and slid the holder on to the motherboard while still pushing the holder down as you move it forward, because if you do that the screws should go in all the way like they should.

  • "intendo"

  • Sweet find!

  • it is a lot easier to start up an NES with the game not locked down.

  • that 72 pin connector is really hard to slide back on.

  • @warning221 yeah some times

  • can someone help me fix my NES? i plugged it in and it just flashes the red light and nothing comes up on the screen. i tried to clean the 72 pin connecter and nothing changed

  • @jeffr383 could it be the game? check the mother board for burned out places?

  • Comment removed

  • @DannysCam i checked the mother board everything looked normal, i tried 2 other games, one time the screen flashed a pinkish color and another time if flashed a grey color..

  • @jeffr383 ok man if your getting color it has to be the 72 pin connector the CRC chip i disconected i think in this video. did you try pulling the pins a bit higher so they make a better connection?

  • @DannysCam no, i just ordered a new one, it was only like 8$ on ebay for a new one. thank you for the help though

  • @jeffr383 awsome man im going to redo this video soon in high def

  • @DannysCam that would be pretty nice.. i couldnt really see what you were talking about when you were pulling the pins a bit higher for a better connection

  • cheer smate got my nes working iam real u just need toothbrush and alcohol brush on the 72 pins and thats it its clean and working fine now mno flashing light no grey screen cheers mate for that all my love to fellow old skool gamer

  • hey man, really nice find, I'm glad you saved it from being thrown away. NES is awesome! xD

  • That's a safety pin, not a bobby pin.

  • That's cool that it had the box and all the paperwork with it. Good how-to vid...Nicely done.

  • you still have the nintendo?

  • @NaplesSwampRat yeah like 4 of them

  • i have a question, does this nintendo have a slick top and whats the serial number on it ? just want to know man because i"m looking into getting another one and wanted to know if the system matches the box it came in for future reference...............thanks man, good find by the way can"t believe someone threw that out

  • How much do you want for it?

  • @JDMowerGuy1998 i could fix you one with all the cords and 2 or two games for 40

  • @DannysCam

    What are the games.

  • @DannysCam

    What are the games

  • @DannysCam

    What games are they

  • @DannysCam

    What games are they.

  • @DannysCam Rip off go to dkolies

  • @DannysCam U still sellin it?

  • um alcohol wont hurt the mother board it is what i use to clean them

  • Great video, Daniel! :)

  • I hear using alcohol is not the best thing to use to clean it as it apparently causes more corrosion over time.

Thats just what ive heard though.

  • thats great to hear hehehe

  • nice i got an nes that barely works, but i kept it, the lid did get busted off a long time ago, but i kept it for sentimental reasons.

  • Hey man, good video. I just bought a replacement connector off ebay with the partial refund I got from the guy who sold me my "working" NES. It's a good thing modern consoles dont have such stupid design errors that give you blinking red lights......oh wait...

  • I had the first Nintendo but it blew

  • theres some thing cool about them. i can't put my finger on it. i would love to put a computer in one lol

  • how would you do that

  • get a really small mother board. i think i have one out of a compact that may fit lol

  • Nice. You should do it and make some video in the process.

  • who the fuck would have the guts to throw something like that away that's a classic

  • sweet stuff! I remember my grandpa fixing my new pins when i was like 6...man...some ppl give up to easy.

    :D

  • thanks man i HATE WASTE!! some one throw out that nes in the box....

  • I hate waste also...sure is a nice looking box though...even have all of the paper work that came with it...good find!

  • You could get like 2000$ for that!!

  • for what?

  • The nes in box

  • hey man i think that voids your warentee lol

  • oh no!!! hahahaha

  • no there against the law after the what happened in nevada

  • What happened in Nevada? The NES2 (a.k.a the toploader) was made by Nintendo in October, 1993. It looks weird but the controlers look like SNES', Go on google and take a look. It's hard to belive they made it illegal.

  • yep after clinton banned all automatic weaponds he thought toploarder was a type of gun. police wer forice to arrest people who had a toploader and charge them with a class 3 fellonie

  • I've seen people who have them. People show them here on youtube all the time, why haven't they goten arrested? The NES 2 was mechanically better than the 1st.

  • im joking...

  • LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the cartrige casing isn't sliding out in mine.

  • that sounds like its to tight

  • what kind of insane, inhumanoid, fart smelling monster would throw out a perfectly good nintendo. Dude, thanks for saving a life, your a hero

  • im glad im a hero to some one. i hate waste!! and i love old video games and nintendos heheheh im stuck in the 1980s

  • likewise, i'm stuck in the 80's too

  • the 80s had alot of good shit and good music ehhehe

  • thanks man

  • i wish this would work..i have no idea what your doing to fix it..there is not enough detail, or action of you actually fixing the pins

  • what your doing with the pin is going behind them and bringing them down. you can hardly see what you have done so you have to keep count

  • check out my vdieo it;s funny and gets to the point

  • nice, I might try this some day on a rainy day. but I think I'll just buy a 72-pin connector. might not get that sliding thing on the tv. plus it would save alot of work with those pins.

  • thank you for your comment. yeah it takes some time but i got those lines to go away and i allso cut out the crc chip so that it does not blink

  • dose the sound of styrophome scraping make any one elses skin crawl?

  • sure does. I hate when its in the car and starts chirping. argh

  • Where can U buy 72-pin connectors?

  • try ebay but what i did worked.

  • Don't worry about the ratings, just keep putting up quality vids. But I gave you a good rating

  • HOLY CRAP! nice find...

  • thank you man hehehe next i will do a video on fixing the blinking

  • Cool. It's nice to see some of these old systems being saved.

  • thank you man. theres nothing like the feeling of playing zelda. it takes me back to the early 1990s lol. we use to have the best saturday morning cartoon line up. the kids now days have nothing good to watch

  • i gave you 5 lol

  • yay some one enjoys these videos !!!

  • i heard you can use a scotch bright pad on it just to take corosion away

  • i have not tryed that but a other thing i did was cut the cic chips power so it starts up faster and does not blink i will be doing a other video on that i love nes

  • who gave me 1 star!!! come on it works perfect that was worth atleast 4 stars.....
