I, too, am a survivor of child abuse. At the age of three, I had an infant brother, and pregnant mom working. Dad worked, too. Our hired babysitter had a boyfriend who visited her during his lunch hour. :( He was known in the neighborhood so hid his car when he was there. I didn't have the vocabulary to describe to my parents what was happening to me. My folks were old fashioned, children were to be seen, not heard, and they were not believed, especially when you accused adults.
I am a child abuse victim so I feel your pain. I am now watching it for 8 years with my own daughters. No matter what I do NO ONE will listen. Very nice video but they only time the system moves is on the backs of a dead child NEVER a live one. These pro-life politicians beating their chests for the fetas to be protected, but WHY after the child is born they could care less? Someone please explain that to me. t

My name is maria and this video is very touching to me because i was abused and i did try to reach out and was laughed at and so i kept my abuse a secret till i turned 16 but my tribe didnt do anything to my abuser because my birthday was before his, and i have to live with my night mare while he is free!!!!
Im so sorry that the horrible act of abuse happened to you .i know how that feels and how much that hurts i too was abused as i child my abuser was never arrested but he was forced to under go therapy and i went to therapy too it hepled me and i think it helped him too.because of what happened to me as a child is the reason why i decided to be voice for those who dont have a voice and the reason why i make and post these videos.im here if u need to talk.

My friend's granddaughter was taken by an act of child abuse. Her daughter was taken at the same time.
