@MrDarkknight914 The charged buster does a hit each time it cycles through it's animation for as many seconds you charged it up for a maximum of 30 seconds. Hold the charge for 5, 10, 15 seconds, and it will do 5, 10, 15 hits. Normally though the shot only hits them 2 to 3 times while it is passing through them. So the trick is to charge it up for a long while, shoot, and while the shot is hitting them continue to push, punch, or kick to force them backwards with the shot.

This combo is fake.

Two things to point out.

One: Two Rockmans on one side and Two Zangiefs on the other.

Two: Rockman's Charge Shot does not become 15+ hits instantly like shown in the video. He cannot charge it to Ultimate level unless held down for at least 8 seconds or maybe more.
