I both love and hate Blizzard in equal measures, 1. they make fantastic games and really put a lot of effort into their games which is cool 2. they make a game so exclusive and take forever to release it, which is kinda like the carrot and stick physcolligy which will mean you either are sick of sneek peeks and hints of the game or youll be a fanboy and rush out and pay 60 dollars for a game. Don't get me wrong i love their games but i feel they take too long to cause more hype?/sales?

been waiting way too long and from the videos ive seen it seems to be disappointing..looks very cartoonish to me as oppose to diablo 1,2 were it seemed dark/scary/Gothic/hellish and so far i dont see it in this one..seems more like dungeon siege mixed in with Magicka.

@Deadnsd This one definately isn't an accurate depiction of Diablo 3. Try looking up "Diablo 3 Gameplay" here on Youtube. I'll admit, they could go more gothic, but it's pretty good and I'm guessing they're only going to make it better.

4th Quarter of 2011 is what I've seen in an official Blizzard document. Gamestop can put whatever date they want on their system though...doesn't make it official.

listen up people, "diablo 3" is still in progres, guaranteed release date 2020 - 2030. Instead of Diablo 3 , Blizzard will change the title Diablo3 to "ARADAS".( not diablo 3). And the plan is to make a diablo 3 but D2 characters will be the same only the monsters and missions will be changed. some new weapons will be added but harder monsters and...thats about it. release will be 2015.
