I am only 50 and this will be my fourth prolaspe surgery.and my third one was done as a rebotic and seven moths later I feel it prolasp again but not as severe. Any suggestions what I should do?

@bobbijo2011 You need to see an expert in pelvic reconstruction. If it is not too bad, you might be best off living with the situation.

Thank you Dr. Andrew that was very informative. I am 34 and have this as a result of child birth 6 months ago. I've been referred for physio for which I didn't get appointment yet but I think it's too intense for this treatment myself. Ooh gosh I think I will just buy some tight knickers and live with it...I'm gone weak at the knees x

I have to have this op and I'm only in my early 30's. I could have cried when I saw it. You defo covered all the points though I did have a bit of a wobble when you put the disclaimer regarding the mesh. It looks painful. What is the recovery process of this op?

I am 79 yars old and I have a dropped bladder. can I go into a pool? will I have any chance of infection

Beware of the mesh. It really can cause chronic pain if nerves grow in and through it. Not fun and not fixable if that happens!
