I can deny it because there's no evidence for a "super intelegent" being.
There are just packs of lies in old books like the bible and the Koran, full of unprovable tales; people who sell those lies; and people who fall for those lies.
There is no reason why life can't come into being spontaneously (we don't know it can't) and no reason why it can't adapt itself gradually over time (we know it can), so your sperm point isn't a proof for the existence of a "god".

What more proof do you need that there is a designer of the things you see? You do not need to believe in the bible or the koran to see with your own eyes that someone had to create the things you see.

They could create themselves, or come into being spontaneously. There doesn't have to be a creator.
And if you think there has to be a creator in order for things to be created, then you are left with a problem of, who made the creator? Answer that. Who made your God?
If you don't think there has to be a creator of your god, then your idea that there has to be a creator of birds, sharks, animals, sun, moon, stars, water, flowers, is a flawed way of looking at things.

Jesus didn't come to "do" anything. He's a character of fiction (get it?). He has been created by person or persons unknown, the fiction-writers of the gospel, as a device to manipulate people like you. And you fall for it.
