Hazrat Umar (RA) was a great ruler bit i couldn't sought it out one thing.. Why he dismissed Khalid bin Waleed (RA). Although there was ruler like Khalid and whole world was afraid from Khalid and it is even considered that if Khalid had remained in Army for another 4,5 years then he would had conquered whole of present day Europe...

@pakistanigirl007 he dissmissed khalid bin waleed for the reason that people started saying that the victory and expansion of islam is just because of hazrat khalid bin waleed and syedna umer r.a. did this to show people its just because of ALLAH and his help .... he wanted the people to have faith on ALLAH alone ...

it is because people(Bedouins) non sahabas were falling into deception that all these great in battles are just because Khalid bin waled is fighting by their side and they were getting gumraah and they were going away from believing in the help of ALLAH S.W.T so Omar al faruk r.a dismissed Khalid just to stop a fitnah he(Omar) wasn't jealous of Khalid.

hazrat umar R.A ws a very genious person mashallah! he used to closely look after the psychological aspects of human nature n deal with them correctly in the lite of holy quran and sunnah.... hazrat khalid bin waleed R.A a great great warrior ws dismissed on the account that he paid 10,000 dirhamz to a bedouin for writing a qaseeda in his favour.... furthermore... hazrat Umar clearly told everyone that he never had any personal issues wid hazrat khalid...
