Isn't all this stuff expensive ... a luxury for the rich? I don't think the average person can afford to do all this stuff. And it seems there are so few doctors who agree with this stuff (especially in NY, and especially if you've had cancer/breast cancer).

@Earlienk wait another 10 or so yrs and you will feel the loss of hormone production with osteoporosis, arthritis and a few other disease processes which manifest in the older year. As a Nurse Practitioner -I am on BHRT and it has made a world of difference-not an ache nor a pain. I eat well and exercise moderately but Suzanne's info on BHRT has made a world of difference. Unctuous Piety does not stop physical/mental deterioration.

@KAENLM Yes, she did mention human growth hormone use. In the beginning, if you listen to everything she reports trying...She includes "HGH" (human growth hormone)...people shouldn't knock others when they really don't know all the facts.
