Terrorism has its own definition. The deliberate targeting of civilians inflicting maximum carnage for a political purpose, for example.
The two definitions may overlap, or it may not. Hamas targets civilians -- that's terrorism. Israel targets Hamas terrorists -- that's self defense.
If you can't tell the difference (a difference that underlies the international law rule of "distinction"), you're just dumb.

There is impossible to make an exact meaning for terrorism, since everything making the people fear could be called like that. There was terrorism even during the French revolution, where the goal wasn't the carnage itself.
Both side told that they are targeting military objects. Both of them said that if a civilian was killed, it was near the object.
To be honest, I think both of them lies. The difference is, that Hamas considered as terrorism. Israel as a legal army.

Another thing. A country is fully within its right to seal its borders against a hostile entity -- especially an entity like Hamas that has sworn in its charter to exterminate Jews. Israel has no obligation to open its borders to suicide bombers and terrorists. I suggest you learn about this concept called "borders."
If Hamas wasn't firing rockets at Israel, Israel wouldn't have to attack Gaza in retaliation. Defense of its citizens -- another concept you might want to learn about.

Israel was not created by force. Israel was created by diplomacy first and foremost -- it was created by the UN.
The UN voted on the partition plan and the 2 state solution won the vote. Israel accepted it, the Arabs rejected it. The Jews accepted the diplomatic solution, the Arabs rejected diplomacy for war. And they lost.

The problem for you is that Gaza continued firing rockets into Israel even after Israel left in 2005. So yes, it IS self-defense. The Turkish war against the PKK is also self-defense -- the PKK, like Hamas, is a terrorist organization.
The double standards is in the disproportionate outrage and protests when it involves Israel, but not, for example. Turkey.

What would you say, if there would be a possible murder in your neighborhood, so the government would bombard the whole neighborhood just for him, because that's happening now. With every single bomb they are just creating new enemies.

Hamas is the governing entity in Gaza, so your attempt to absolve the territory by decoupling Hamas from the territory is sophistic nonsense.
Destroying the target is the solution. Israel is targeting Hamas rocketeers, security forces, and the terror infrastructure. This is perfectly legal under international law since Israel is targeting genuine military objectives.

The weapons, soldiers and army ARE NEVER EQUAL with the civilians, even if they support them. Destroying rocket launchers is a thing, what is legal, BUT destroying them with the whole neighborhood around included people there NOT.

Israel is not destroying "whole neighborhoods" but selectively targeting buildings and calling civilians before they strike to avoid civilian casualties.
Hamas is NOT shooting army targets. They target civilian centers in Israel. You fail.

correct - it's not prohibited but it does have restrictions on it's use.
It can't be used for military objectives in civilian areas for example. That is a war crime as per various conventions.
Although not listed as a chemical weapon - it can become one if the toxic properties of the chemical are used to harm people.
The inadequacies and loop holes of the conventions on conventional and chemical weapons are taken advantage of by the U.S. and Israel.
Legal or illegal - it's barbaric.

The exceptions are not "loopholes" -- they were negotiated into the treaty instrument and accepted as such by the parties. Since the signatories themselves obviously think it is legal, it follows that they don't it is "barbaric" either.

@KEYOTWISTEDJOKER the reason they fire on ambulances is because bombs are hidden in them. i've seen with my own eyes ambulances carrying fighters and used as suicide bombs crossing the border into Israel.
