I think it's just the video quality and such, she's only had to cover her tattoos for certain things and in her career she has had them in many pv's and tours, and tv appearances and such that it would seem kinda dumb to cover them up for a-nation.

Everything that is produced for her such as music, and pv's and such those are all Avex's deals, but when it comes to events and such it is Vision Factory which arranges them, it's a different company in itself. Another artist from a avex sub-label OLIVIA is under management of Vision Factory as well.

Technically she isn't under Avex as management, her management company is Vision Factory, they choose the events, performances, tour venues, and such for her to perform at. Everyone was very excited to hear she was participating this year, with artists like Koda, Ai Otsuka, Ayumi, Exile, AAA, and Ami Suzuki.
