I thought that this cop would be different when I first saw this movie... but then this scene goes to show me there aren't people without prejudices just some who don't act on them, keep them low and some just get absorbed even if only for an instant....

@birdland85 Because the director of this movie is incapable of nuance. I remember seeing another movie of his (with Tommy Lee Jones) on the Iraq war where every American GI is portrayed as a psycho.
