It wont rev because you have a blocked jet in the carb, probely the main needle.

try to turn the main needle of the carburetter 1/8 close and try again. do this until it runs with throtle. remeber howmanny time's u turned the screw of the needle. do not turn it to close there must be enough smoke from exhaust or you will destroy your engine.

thanks but theres enough smoke commin out of the exaust and is the main needl the one without the spring on it or is it at the side?
