love the performance, although i've never understood why paul sings the leading line of the verse when it is mainly john's song. but i suppose john does sing the leading line of the chorus.

ironically this song, along with we can work it out, was written between them, but it marks the period when they started writing seperately.

Its a myth that this is John's song. Paul sing the parts that he wrote including the verses. John was vague about this only saying Paul helped with the verses. However, we know from other sources that Paul wrote a good deal of this song.
