Similar accident happened in Poland in 98 (only policeman keep hitting the victim with a bat till his death). Policeman killed 14 year old boy coming home from basketball match. It caused riots that lasted for a few days. Killer had been jailed, and released after 4 years. As he told- he didn't (and still does not) feel any remorse.

Police & Soldiers are just people like you and I... When confronted by certain elements different people react in different ways. Yes there are idiots and psycho's that can 'flip' at certain times in 'every' industry. But what does it have to do with the banking industry?
@DW01 The banks, insurance companies and other private investors buy gilds & bonds off a country. The Government uses the funds to buy a fleet of helicopters or aircraft carriers for around £1 trillion....
The Government then pays back the funds raised from the gilds and bonds, at interest of around 3.5%
If the Government can waste as much money as physically possible, they are more likely to sell their gilds and bonds again, at more interest, making even more money for private investors
