@kellylittleton I'm sorry Kelly, I "will" be in attendance on Sunday night. I just disagree, scripture clearly says Judas was not dismissed ? Mark 14:17-26 backs this up. I did not write the scriptures, they've been around for a few thousand years. The Bible is the "word " of God, can I believe what the Bible says? 2 Tim 3:16?

@1914watcher read john 13 and you will see that Judas did eat with them to celebrate the passover, but then Jesus sent him away because of his heart condition and then Jesus instituted the new covenant by drinking the wine n breaking the bread.

@BigDhaltom When you left the memorial, was it night or still evening? The meal takes place in the evening, Did you notice the confusion in verse 28?  It says "NONE" of those (faithful 11) knew for what purpose he said this to him. In verse 30 it clearly say "night" not "evening."

What scripture says dismissed? If John is the most accurate, why does the WTBTS use Luke? Luke 1:1-4 perhaps?

Here is more of his response: I will die a death similar to Jesus and the ones that kill me are thinking they are dong God's will in doing such. But I asked Jehovah before hand, not to charge these ones who kill my body. Since I am one of Christ least brothers, Holy Spirit tells to get ready because the Great Tribulation is about to start. I know this because I am undergoing a sealing as Jehovah brings my earthly ministry to an end. (Rev 7:3)

On the 14th of Nisan Jews celebrate Passover... the same date that the Romans impaled our Lord Jesus (Leviticus 23: 5; Esther 3:7, Matthew 26:19).

Nisan 1 starts when the new moon nearest the spring equinox (It doesn't matter if it is after or before March 20) becomes visible at sunset in Jerusalem. If we count 14 days from that event, we arrive at Nisan 14.

The visible new moon over Jerusalem nearest to March 20 is on April 4. If we count 14 days from April 4 we arrive to April 17.
