on what settings is the prostreet running cause i got all the same video card 6600gt and 2gb ram but the thing is that the processor is a celeron 2.8 Ghz almost run fine but lags and its all in low
oh lol well i didnt noticed the last of the video because i was doing homework
the most of the settings its all the same i got but thats weird u got a better system than me? so then i thinkin on change the most of my system lol! just comment no offense!
keep increasing details (not resolution) until your framerate drops dramatically. Thats where your videocard's limits are starting to show, you're severely CPU limited like me, I have an 8800GT but only an Athlon X2 3800+.
About the video: not bad, the 6600GT still shows its raw power even today, which is impressive when you think it was made in 2005(?), I also have an AGP version, NFS carbon maxed @ 1280x1024 @ ~45fps.
I believe that cpu could make a big difference because it's a core2duo and the l2 cache is higher. all the settings default, with car details high and 1280 x 1024
Not that it matters when the computer cars are on easy, but you shouldn't break in the corner; break in a straight line before the corner, then accelerate through/out. You'll save at least a second doing that.
eso no es una nvidia 6600 la que tu tienes 8600 o una 7100 512 buena broma

You have to see the complete system, maybe could have a weak cpu or insuficient ram, and also the mobo too.

But even using XP, today is recommended to use 2GB.

That's true, and because you're using less ram than neeeded. My config is a Core2Duo E6300 with 3Gb DDR2, and the 6600GT is a 128mb/128bits.
