I get to see this next May for our High School Musical it was this or Marry Poppins last year I got to see Wicked and I loved it, then this year we saw Legally Blond which was good, and this sounds cool!

I was very fortunate to see it on Broadway with Roger Bart, Megan Mullally and Chris Fitzgerald, and dare I say with a few tweaks to the book (aka script) could in fact be an enjoyable popcorn musical film (not saying it would get a bunch of oscars but with the fact so many people want to see it, a film version that tweaks the book a bit would be great.)

I think they are using the Overture which includes parts from Transylvania Mania and Life LIfe. Plus it's orchestrated rather than having the vocals in there.

I saw it twice in Seattle when they were premiering it. Got a chance to meet Sutton Foster, Roger Bart, Megan Mullally,Chris Fitzgerald, Andrea Martin and Shuler Hensley after to get autographs etc. Great fun show. Doesn't take itself too seriously and a great cast.

I don't know if Sutton is back in the show yet... I saw it on Sunday afternoon and she wasn't there. Good luck - hope she's back. She should be returning any day now, so hopefully you'll get to see her. I've seen her and her understudy and Sutton is fantastic.
