Unfortunately we are not allowed to disclose further information on this regard. Breton has been selected to supply a complete turnkey solution for this part, including the machine, toolings, etc. Accuracy and machining time are essential for this components. The material is 39NiCrMo3 and that machine is doing 20000mm/min roughing with only 50 percent of rated power...that must be one powerful machine.

CNC machines are epic! I could watch cnc machines work for hours on end, it's almost therapeutic. Also, this is probably cast aluminum, or an aluminum alloy of some sort.
