Great post fam but even if I showed this vid to my mom she would still say "...but jesus is my savior"...real talk.

Our people have to stop mentally enslaving themselves.

In the end, it is up to the individual to wake up regardless of them being "family" or not....we are all brothers and sisters. Many will get it, free themselves and rise up BUT some will still hold on to their Massa's theologies, doctrines, etc and be left behind.

Thank you for addressing me on this from a "believer In Christ" perspective and in a respectful manner.

I think we all contradict ourselves in some fashion or another(sometimes unrealized or unnoticeably). Whether it is religion, conscious lectures, hip-hop, etc, "black" People have a bad habit of following blindly like Sheeple. No one questions anything and they usually go along with everything

We also fail to critique ourselves but love casting 1st stones which is ungodly

@keshawn888 - thanks for your comments.well, as a believer in Christ I don't have the understanding from the Bible that it is overly complicated or that a person has to achieve some higher level of consciousness.Jesus simply says to take my yoke upon you and lean of me; for my yoke is easy and my burdens are light. He adds that unless a person is born again of [God's] Spirit and the water he CANNOT see the Kingdom of God- you must be born again. The Bible says simply:believe the Gospel & repent

I overstand. My mother is Christian too. I love and respect her and vise versa. Personally, I do not identify with the term "CONScious" for many reasons. People often use that term very losely and claim to be it. Yet, they turn around a smoke a cigarette, blame "whitey", bash others and engage in heated arguments or debates while claiming they are "CONScious".

There is much we do not know but more of us need to focus on becoming the GOD or Christ-like beings we so desire to be

energy is so profound...I wanted to find this book... first saw it online for 500.00..couldn't find it anywhere...went to the library, couldn't check it out because it was the only one in the entire system...I placed my hands on the book, and said "I will have this book"...finally found it online for 50 dollars....before I could even order it...my cousin- in- law gave me the book..he didn't even know I was searching high and low for it! that is how powerful "connectedness" is!
