@jkojgrst / I actually also bought the guitar online and had also never played it before :D. Just look at the youtube-vids and reviews in google, you'll find a lot of guitar-tests and so on. In my opinion this guitar is pretty good for that sort of price-category. I bought it from THOMANN and it was 380 €. The guitar really isn't crappy(!) and the look of it is fantastic. It actually lookes much better in real then on vids or pictures :D. Enjoy (:

@BlackIbanezPower NO! its better to get a lightly used one. Quality over style. Plus some will feel better. And trust me its all about the sound.

I'm not sure if you should use it for bigger gigs.. but if you're able to modificate it a little, it may be just fine :)
