The Latino on Black violence thing was happening in the early-mid-2000s, and was only happening in certain areas. It only lasted a few years, but doesn't even happen anymore. Most of the Blacks left L.A. in the 1990s, before any of this stuff happened. Many Blacks live in the suburbs out here, and now most of the Black areas in L.A. are upper class.

The Latino on Black violence thing was happening in the early-mid-2000s, and was only happening in certain areas. It only lasted a few years, but doesn't even happen anymore. Most of the Blacks left L.A. in the 1990s, before any of this stuff happened. Many Blacks live in the suburbs out here, and now most of the Black areas in L.A. are upper class.
