  • I need to do better with having a workout plan laid out before I go into the gym. I find that I go to each machine and do my three sets just to do my three sets and finish. I need to find a new mind set and take each machine and push myself as hard as I can and really think about just that machine! Thanks! Yes calf is doing better and I am putting it to the test tomorrow as I am in the Smokey Mountians hiking over the holidays. Erica
