@tclancy13 actually when Hader was on lettermen, he said that they change it sometimes when they do the live one. He also said the reason he starts laughing is because everyone else on the set is laughing. the cue card cards, seth meyers starts to laugh a little, the camera guys start laughing, so he starts to laugh too.
