There are a few types of games that are played on this type of square, 4 square, team square and 2 square. The ball is meant to bounce on your square first and then on the opponents', to win it is not a SLAM, but a Slug, a low bouncing ball in a sharp direction. If I were to be playing that game it would be "foul, foul, played his/her foul and so on. That is not how to play the game.
