You must feel so confident running the quarter mile in that car, knowing that your time is sub 12 secs, thats like motorbike fast, ive seen hyabusa's struggle to get 11.0 lol, i went down there in my saxo vtr which is far from standard and only got 16 secs lmao
Just wondering. How much does the average supra turbo cost to build including the price of the car. I see turbos making 700 to 800 at the fly and I hear amounts in the 100k area. I also mean professional jobs. Nice Supra by the way.
i got a sa v8 rx7 '79 with a 351w t-5 and 8.8 rearend it does 11.2 1/4 mile all motor and after my ecu change and dyno i will be getting into 10's ill post videos of me getting into 10's and ill post videos of me autocrossing
-Is that line-loc or over-drive yellow botton you are pressing while executing a dust off?
-Why did you not shift down through the gears when slowing down? It is better than letting the motor idle down from dis-engaging the flywheel from clutch.

@Diminish420 sorry but putting a v8 in an rx is stupid, the rotary engine is amazing.... and unique.

TIP: watch out for oil, anti-freeze, and wet spots from the other gear heads that went before you. Especially if you're on R tires.
If you do start to fishtail, counter steer lightly first. If the momenum is too great, let the car do a 180 but keep your foot on the clutch.
Other than that, Nice JAP car & driving.

Congrats on your 10sec car. Good driving as well.
