  • Love this we tune could listen to dis we tune again n again

  • 2:53 skype sound

  • Attack the Block anyone?

  • oldskool is tha shit... nothing is better than this shit! fuck the fake rap and hip hop shit of today..

  • This sounds like a track by Enya, usually prefer the original but this aint bad. Can anyone tell me if any of their major hits is'nt a re-working of other people's work, as all their major hits seem like other people's work covered, not a criticsm just i find a lot of younger people dont realise a LOT of what they hear is'nt original. Is it me or does it seem rare now that you get anything totally original.

  • Who the fuck dislike this?

  • Hell yeah 2012 and I'm still lovin it!

  • Hey People Check Out My Cover Of This .... Id Be Greatful If You Could Check It Out ... Thanks :]

  • The music scene is mostly terrible compared to years gone by, its like comparing a bad soap opera to Citizen Kane etc. The industry has been totally taken over by big business who find it easier to spin, hype up + invent a supposed talent rather than find real talent + support + promote it. That's why we've got glorified karaoke singers on tv singing others old material, my generations good music was lean compared to older generations but today its way worse, the kids are ripped off with crap.

  • @1969JohnnyM nothing wrong with the Fugee's by the way, at least SOME of their material is their own.

  • @1969JohnnyM yes at least some of there music is there own. unlike now people take old songs and make trash out of them.

  • @oozoXsensei this is the original song but I think your probably talking about "I don't want to know" by Mario Winans

  • @NycCreative Its not by Mario Winans its by Enya + its called Boadicea, there was a legal case which ended when The Fugees credited her. Its since been covered by many including P Diddy who gives her 60% of the royalties. Also the chorus in the Fugees - ready or not is by the Delphonics a 1960's band. Peace

  • I LOVE this song but man, does it make me depressed.

  • @bobjones1783 why's it make u deep? makes me happier.

  • @oozoXsenei this is the original but the song your probably talking about is "I don't wanna know" by Mario Winans

  • @NycCreative No it's not, the background music is Enya - Boadicea + her name is on the credits, there was a court case over it, look for it on u-tube, also the chorus is a 60's tune by The Delphonics.

  • bella bella..............

  • What's the background track originally from?

  • @oozoXsensei From this one.

  • @oozoXsensei The background music is Enya - Boadicea and the chorus is from an old Del-phonics number from the 60's whose title i cant remember but i do know the Jackson 5 also did this Delphonics track.

  • @oozoXsensei NycCreative is wrong, check out the credits on the song + you'll find its Enya better still listen to it - Enya Boadicea.

  • fire

  • This song still poppin' in 2012.

  • You put this on at a party, everyone instantly loves you.

  • @FreedomIsJustAWord So true. No matter how drunk the people are they'll be all over the chorus like they wrote it lol.

  • @FreedomIsJustAWord Not in this generation, put this on at a party and you have the worst taste in music. For fuck sake what happened to this world.

  • @littleritchie You need to party with people who have better music taste, aha.

  • @FreedomIsJustAWord Where I live, that's like a needle in a haystack.

  • "The Score" did over 14 Million in album sales....... woooow Unheard of Toady

  • Happy birthday martin luther king jr

  • The best song of my early teens full stop!

  • love the sound quality

  • One of my favorites till now. Doesn't get old.

  • thumbs up if you still have the original CD

  • I heard on radio..i love it!

  • 30 people weren't ready or not.

  • I only just found this and i love it..

  • this is my favourite song of all time, even if i am 15 and this was in the year i was born...

  • 30 people roll with Lil B

  • Older rap is so inapirational, almost allthe new shizz is about money or women. I myself rap, and it's like the older hip-hop because it's just like that. And the Fugeea are great, love Wyclef!

  • I was born on 1992 when my mother would take me to preschool I remember her putting this on and I'm 19 now going on 20 and I still listen to this

  • @joshrawks21 you realise this is older than that its mostly Enya + a 60's band the Delphonics. Most of the stuff today is old stuff re-done or re-worked so not a lot of original stuff being produced today sadly. Saying that this is a pretty good re-working. Peace !

  • How cab u dislike something like this. Amazing

  • ☢ Because of these classics I still loving Hip Hop music.

  • this song is a mazing

  • 28 people got robbed las WEEEk.

  • I was 20 when this came out;) CLASSIC!

  • it seems like the more stupid music gets, the more we need real music like this just to remember how bad music has come. remember the days when it was freestyle, oldschool hip-hop, actual rap, rnb, and actually had a message? now its all pop and dance n shit. i miss the days. im still young but i never gave in to shitty music like today. one last question, 'where do u think music will be at 10 years from now?''

  • @inlovewithJUDAS1

It will degenerate into grunts and tv static

  • @riverstyx92 lol maybe

  • @inlovewithJUDAS1 When rap started it was mostly gangster rap which I guess had a message but it was more about desperation. I know what your saying though, all you have is this gay ass linkin park wannabe Kayne West fagget shit.

  • @inlovewithJUDAS1 This is a re-working or cover of the Delphonics(60's) + Enya(80's) so no its not original. I think popular music started to get worse in the 70's and its been a continous slide. There has been some good music in there but its lessened each generation + as the industry went from being run by artists to be taken over by big corporations. Even the small independent labels are mostly that in name only now + its why we get manufactured acts today. All the best !

  • Still good in 2011.

  • @AshleyGab101 i agree with you the female artist today are just attention whores

  • SCoTT HaLL !!

  • Lyrics?

  • Lauryn hill went nuts on this track

  • LOVE THIS SONG. i just discovered it.

  • @cj10109 Its not an original its an Enya (80's) soundtrack with a Delphonics (60's)chorus.

I would love nothing more than to have a loyal following Pokemon. If anyone who reads this could press the thumbs up, then maybe Professor Oak will see this.

Just a simple button could help.

  • Ready or not , Here I come , you can't hide. Gonnnna find you..... & make you want me <3

  • Roberto Damos will be as Wyclef Jean, Jossmary Santiago with earrings will be as Lauryn Hill & Jossmary's dad a.k.a. Carlos Beato will be as Pras Michel.

  • On the one hand, it sucks that so many of these so called "artists" these days are having the fame and success that Lauryn could be having. The good news is Lauryn won't degrade herself like they have, or become a puppet of some record company, or strive for attention on the Access Hollywood shows. For that, it's good to see Lauryn be true to herself.

  • Yes yes .. Born in the 90's and this is deep . Real music . Blessing from the uk

  • The Buffalo Soldier, Dreadlock Rastaa!!

  • This was when music moved your soul...

  • TUNEEEEE

  • thanks Fugees for putting soul into your music and meaning what you say ,brings back the days... getting me hyped for the night life :)

  • I remember the days when every bitch wanted to throw this track on, in the car, in the club....evvvvvvery time. and all the other bitches would be like "that's my song!" ...be in the car, flick through the radio, and this was on a station as you flick through, broad look at you psychotic if you didn't change it back... steadily playing it out, savagely.

but hey, those were the days, and some of them where THE bitches.*

  • READY OR NOT REFUGEES TAKING OVER!!! Lauryn Hill is the best female rapper of all time, no doubt.

  • some people just bring the chills out when you hear them, when this happens then you no your listening to true music artists, fugees rule.

  • @spector592 it was the beat, initially spector. before she had miseducation, this was like her main vein, this track in particular. If they would have spit those lyrics over a polka tune, would it still have been so "chilling?"
