the ball has to be on the rail for the entire time. sometimes it falls of at the very last second. try to line it up exactly how i did

make sure you do the same amount of turn he does to much turn it will fall off

maek sure that when you are letting go of the ball you let go up high. If that doesnt work make sure you line it up perfectly and you have it all the way over to the side!
