I think that's a bit harsh , most of these Artist's still have to try and make a living from music and most have kids to feed etc & this is there only form of income! These labels are not major like sony, Emi & it costs a lot to press a track most labels just about break even these day's & they dont do it for the profit its because they love the music!!!!!!!!!

The promotional sound should be smoother, like a Radio1 style sound, more like a vocal sample of a womans' voice that flows with the song but still keep the current one for the beginning and end of the song. It would be pretty cool to get unique with the promo mixing too.

All I said was that the voice-over kind of ruined the song. I couldn't really get into it and when I did there was this guy breaking the immersion.

I understand the importance of the artist's rights, but this is too much.

If you're out to promote your music, post a demo, or put the copyright at the start or end.

This is feedback, work with it or not, but don't censor it.
