So take it to another dealer. Its a simple fix. Its just a computer thing.

Yes. Its just a computer thing.
At most, its a coil pack that gets too hot and needs to be replaced.

@ryandusti so when I get ready to take a corner at 50mph, knock it down a gear and the engine dies leaving me freewheeling round - that is safe eh?
Or the time when someone pulled out on me, and dropping a gear and accelerating away would have removed the danger, but the engine died so all I could do was hope the ABS stopped me in time - I am not being dramatic . The coil pack is fine and the issue is not just with my bike - there a quite a few of us with this issue and no fix near.....

@jamessgy So stand in there door and demand that it get fixed or you get another bike.
You have it on video so show it to them. Make them ride it and replicate it. If they wont do it, go to a different dealer and report that one to the BBB.

@jamessgy Why would you free wheel around your 50mph corner? The clutch is a conventional design not a slipper or ramp clutch so if the engine happens to die on a trailing throttle you would never even notice it as the engine is being driven by the rear wheel. I suspect from watching your videos that operator technique (or lack of) is the major threat to your safe progress. Yes the GT may require more subtle throttle control than some. Your challenge is to enjoy developing those skills.

This is my SprintGT stalling. It does this randomly about every 200 miles or so. This could happen whilst changing down for a corner, changing gear to accelerate away from a life threatening situation, or when just pulling in the clutch - like now.
My dealer is doing nothing about it, would you risk loosing power when the revs drop to idle? so far I have been in very dangerous situations twice because of this.
