Actually Gremany IS the holy Roman Empier, thik of it this way it the U.S. were to loose all its territorys and the government only exsisted in Hawill while the rest of the states went free. THen of cours id`t have to change its name the the republic of Hawii or what not, but it`s still them American leadersip isn`t it still the U.S. isn`t it, also remeber HRE would of gotten the holy hell beaten out of him, at least that`s my guess as to how German dosn`t remeber :P

@missemospurt HRE was made up of many states, like America. But they are now their own countries. Germany was the main make-up of what once was HRE, by my understanding...

@GooMusicGirl He's always a boy, and he's not flamboyant either. He has a high pitched voice and mild attitude and Austria (and HRE) is pretty unobservant and thinks that Chibitalia is a girl. Hungary knows since she's a mother figure and helps him dress and he knows as expressed by him saying he "doesn't feel right" wearing Hungary's clothes in the one episode but Hungary thinks it's cute and doesn't say anything and he's too meek to fight back or object.
