can you give us an update on your progress? I suspect you had to reduce training frequency because 3x per week or HIT is too much for anyone except a complete beginner.
hey excellent progress in just 1 month. what was your diet like, i'm training similar 3x a week but now in week 2, my progress (rep increase) has come to a halt

re access your diet, increase rest days... 3x a week for real heavy duty HIT is way too much.
