I adore SH and have listened to his songs a million times and every nuance and variation on my fave SH song is hard wired in my psche so I struggle so i subconsciously resent ANYONE covering the great man.

Having said that you have a nice voice and the guitar sounds good.

I think your version is a tad too slow and you engender a mood of melancholy which for me, is not what the song is about.

You sing and play well and i would listen to anything of yours.Do you write?
