Hi, have you ever experienced physical symptoms that are like a flash in your head, brain ,comming of these drugs, or in relation with them, like when you turn your head quicly or just something similar to this ???????
I started taking 450mg of Wellbutrin about 2 months ago, and since then I've lost nearly 20 pounds since I completely lost my appetite, and it has been causing me to get sick very very easily and I am more prone to fainting, obviously :/ But it helps stabilize my mood swings better than any other medication I've been on. It blows D;
My Doctor has me on 450 mg. of Bupropion a day. (two 150 mg. XL in the morning and one 150 mg. SR in the evening) I have been taking Buproprion now for three weeks and feel no difference. Except that it makes me really tired!! I started out with 150 mg. a day and have worked my way up. I have only been on the 450 mg. now for a week. Should I give it more time to see if it is going to work?
why dont you talk with your real accent? or is that whay u removed some teeth? because it makes you talk funny. take lamictal aswell...wellbutrin gets rid of the blues but racing thought with anxiety stays if no lamictal is there. start the lamictal slowly.
Yeah man the same thing happened to me i had to go cold turkey which is very dangerous I'm back on it now but i dontfeel like it's working as well as it did the first time.Did you feel as lf the wellbutrin was lacking at all?

To me, therapy and anti-depression drugs don't seem much different than cult indoctrination and ritual. You've found your guru, the therapist, and obediently follow their advice worded in vague nomenclature. You think; 'they must be the experts, they have degrees from universities'. All the while giving them large sums of money through your insurance while being their chemical guinea pig. Could it be you're just unwittingly paying to be experimented on??? How happy is your therapist?
@tahoeclimber there is truth in your statement, for sure. but everything is like that... have you thought about what television and video games really represent?
With the surgery, I am sure you probably were on pain meds, too, and that probably did not help. Have you tried reading any self-help books on whatever issues you are facing in the mean-time?

You should use medicinal marijuana(sativa) for depression in combination with your meds...try it out!

And where is the fun in that?
The answer is... nowhere. It's not worth it at all. Besides, body bags are not very stylish.

lol
In all seriousness, what type of Wellbutrin were you taking? SR or XL? What dosage?
Wellbutrin is good stuff, but it needs to be cycled every so often or the effects die over time.

I got some books that are in the self-help category, but they have just been sitting on the shelf.
I should start reading them soon. Hopefully.
