  • 직접 최홍희 창시자님께 못 배워서 너무너무 아쉽군

  • a great, great man

  • Great video. I will make sure EVERYONE at the school where I train/teach sees this.

  • Wow, i wished i'd met him.

But i was just about starting tae kwon do when he died. Oh well. he is a great man. from what ive heard he was weak in his youth, so he lived for quite a long time lol.

  • I'll never forget the time he came to Western Australia. He taught me how to throw a true sine wave punch. Everytime I break boards I think of that seminar. Was the coolest moment for me :)

  • how much difference did it make in your ability?

  • It improved my power, co-ordination and increased my stamina during patterns. My breathing rate was really out of sync. I tired quickly to the detriment of my patterns execution. Long story short, Im on the Australian team for the world championships in Argentina next june :)

  • Thanks for the reply it was very helpful. Congrats on the team and GOOD LUCK! Must be incredibly awesome.

  • My pleasure guitarninja83, and thanks for the luck. Im gonna need it against Argentina, Canada, Korea and Poland - the big four!
