So here's the deal... You can only be lent one item at a time. Yes you have a point that he did not trade me but at the same time there was a whole phat set mask set and santa hat so therefore only one of those items could still be barrowed. Therefore logicall he could own 95% at least.

I never heard about this trick, so I cannot say it is true or not although the only way he could have obtained these items is gaining them on the christmas event that the partyhats and crackers came out and the holloween event and next christmas event. Or that he could have lied and had invested and gained the items over the years.
