I've own a phazer R-tx a Mtx and a nytro xtx and now a renegade 1200 all stock. The ski-doo is well more sofisticated than the yammies. Althought I'd say the nytro overtakes the renegade when it comes to pure trottlerespons in the trails or powder. also it's more balanced so it cinda more well build. Althought the ski-doo have wider and higher track. And to be honest, it feels sooo much lighter althought the weight is lower and the wider track makes it alot harder for me to boondock 72kg novise

In simple terms. it's a turbine that run's off the exhaust to force more air into the motor. More air+More fuel = More power.

the engine sucks in about the amount

oxygene in an averege sized livingroom in 1 bottle cap of gass. so when you put a turbo charge on the engine it sucks in about 2 rooms in a house in 1 bottle cap so it needs more gas if there is more oxygen causing an bigger exploson of power in the engine

actually all ski doos snowmobiles are liquid cooled, plus they changed the position of the heat exchanger so the only way to over heat would be runing on grass for ever or even on just ice
