damn!!! this is a very difficult position!!! and you even hold without your hands for a while!!!! that's incredible!!!! very good!!!!!!! keep up with your great training!!!!
@crazykatie62 It's partially strong back muscles. Also, when the weight of your torso is over your legs, that moves your centre of balance back. Also I hold onto my feet for support, hehehe :)
recorded 2007?! so you had 3 years ahead in progression!! pfft. Your back is good then... geez...Im starting to think i gotta put more time than just 5 months... =D
wow good!!! I've been working for like......ever...and I'm still not that good it's kinda unmotivating. Would you mind sharing some tips or stretches that helppp? :)
@LibbyLib420 I didn't ask you to watch it. And if you're worried about wasting ONE minute, you need to reconsider your lifestyle. Thanks for adding to my views count though :)
yeh! lol im 17 aswell and i can do bout 6 front walkovers in a row! but it does make ur back really sore aftr. wat i do is i do a brigde against a wall (head facing the wall) and then i walk my feet into my hands or i practice elbow stand aginst the wall (head facing the wall) and move my feet to the floor.
WOW, after only three month of training you have gained a great flexibility ! Congrats about this ! Looks like you are a person which is very fley naturaly....
I remember the videos that you did after this one which showed your progress; you really do have a gift, and I hope you're still training yourself because you're very good!
Thankies for your kind comment :) I had to stop stretching my back for a while (a REALLY long while) because my mother thought I had scoliosis, but my doctor says it's okay now. But I'm having problems getting back into it. Oh well I'm sure I'll do it - I have more time now that it's my summer holidays. ^_^
I'm glad the back problem turned out to be not as serious as your mum thought, and you know well enough that you have to go slowly when you're recovering from an injury, like you did when you hurt your leg before. Just take your time, and since you'll have lots of time over the hols, that will help! :)

Awesome. This is impressive after only three months training, and your figure is perfect for getting a nice backbend. You're a natural.
