  • Such memories. I remember fighting CPU level seven and losing a lot,but with a lot of practice, I became a Boss!

  • My mom beat level 11 in 6 seconds one day.

  • @Nemofishman lol I have a hard time not believing that... cpu freak accidents happen.

  • @MarkoManX great video i must say, i play on controller but of xbox1 with emulator, i beat cpu slower than this but still i can beat you ez :D

  • nice, sometimes bowser is really easy and i beat him in 30 seconds and sometimes it takes me 5 minutes lol

  • Who doesnt just love the Blargg.

  • *Twitch*

  • Fish from the Salty Spitoon: "Welcome to the Salty Spitoon how tough are ya?"

Me: "How tough am I?! I beat bowser on super hard playing Tetris Attack."

    Fish: "So?"

Me: "While I was 7 and playing Yoshi.....mother fucker......*Tosses a Garbage Block on the fish*"

  • @Geno100 no one chooses yoshi, but it would have been much more intimidating beating bowser in 13 seconds.

  • You are a pwner!I like what I see!

  • I could never beat Bowser in this mode. I should go for chains more. I usually just try to get a bunch of 4+ lines at the start. I've never played this with a keyboard before.

  • Bowser got his shit wrecked.

I want to see you play this with a controller.

  • @BlakcKun WHAT? I'M MAAAD GOOD ON A CONTROLLAH!

Seriously tho, on a controller, I'm noticeably slower, but just as intelligent.

Although I'm probably better than this... this was a long time ago.

  • @MarkoManX wer can i get an emultor for this game

  • @darksmokestorm google it.

    SNES emulator

    SNES roms

    Should be enough.

Nice OP... brings back nostalgic memories of this game... Recently just downloaded it and found that the game is significantly easier then I remember (keyboard...) although I was significally better on the SNES before this hiatus though.

  • Mighty mOxx part Puuuuuuuuure Luck :P

  • lol sry for that comment on the last part. I didn't know that the com's speed picks up after about 9 stages

  • @Afroassassainx rofl

puzzle league's S-hard mode is harder though... i'd make a video of that if i had the cartridge or my cpu played the game properly via emulator... maybe if it comes out on the Wii VC.....

  • @MarkoManX lol i was cleaning out messages, and i saw i still had this one, and pokemon puzzle league is on vc

  • im stuck on bowser on super hard. just started playing two days ago

  • pro dude. fuckin handled that pussy computer : )

  • i'm making this a favorite

  • How the hell did you manage to turn that around man

  • LoL

I don't know which part you're talking about (because it looked like I turned a lot of the battles here around), BUT I honestly don't know how I managed to win anything here myself. I'm looking at this vid, it so bad, over 2 years ago. I'm MUCH better at the game now.... maybe I'll put up a new vid of me playing this one day.

  • @MarkoManX If this is legit gameplay (and looks so to me) of you and you claim to be much better now, I'm impressed. I think you're already pretty decent in this vid.

  • aaarrrggg

    nnnniiiaaakkk

    aaarrrgggggg

    nnniiiaaakkkk

  • Quite good. I never beat Super Hard (always lost to the Magikoopa) though I did get to the point where I could reliably beat Hard.

  • you know who i hate the most in that game, bowser a little bit but its the wizard guy (forgot name) that i hate alot. he chains so much. all i can hear in the first 10 seconds is "hocus pocus" "hocus pocus" and im thinkin "oh shit, im about to get owned by a big brick" and then i die cuz i have some brain loss there. i just stop and dont know wat to do.

  • Good chain at 1:12

I love this game and i play it OK but dint spend time to beath in hard mode

  • wow blaarg is like some pokemon saying its own name, but this game was the reason i appreciated puzzle games back then

  • I say, you're making me want to upload a playthrough of mine... but I don't know the basics of screen-capturing or filming or whatever, so I suppose I'll postpone it for now. Well done.

  • get hypercam. even though if it isnt registerred, there is a "unregistered hypercam" in the corner, you can still get videos. lots of videos of games use hypercam. im gonna try and get a good run of me on super hard. so far, i cant get no continues on it though.

  • Without the ending there isn't really any proof that you did in fact beat this...

Especially when the player acted EXACTLY the way a lvl 7 computer behaves...

  • Scratch this: I'm a retard. I doubt any human can do lvl 7 cp copy...

Still... Ending always make for good proof since the ending can't be viewed if the player isn't human.

  • It is very clear this is not lv 7 comp for at least 3 reasons:

Player does not raise the stack at the beginning of the match. lv7 ALWAYS does this.

Second, player does a skill chain (slide a block between 2 blocks before the top block falls to create another chain). Comp does not do skill chains.

Third, player moves while garbage blocks are being cleared to create chains. Comps do not move while garbage is being cleared (according to shapes that are about to fall).

    For everyone's reference.

  • Thank you.

It had been awhile since I played, and failed to remember the most obvious fact that lvl 7 comps raise the blocks.

I have seen comps commit skill chains... but as to where this was intentional or not, I'm not sure.

I've seen comps cancel their moves suddenly because they made a mistake. If lvl 7s can actually screw their moves over by accident, I guess they can also make a move that they were not intending to make.

  • I would believe that a comp makes skill chains once in a while, though I cannot recall it. This is still a real player though :)

Now as to whether it was played slow and then sped up or not, that is much harder to prove.

  • man u is dam good

  • thank you for leaving the game sounds on, the sounds all the characters make are like half the reason why i like the game =)

  • Hmmm... you're good... but I'm sorry I can't say you're too good. I do know this is on S-Hard, and that you defeated them all without continues, but you made a lot of moves that could've hurt you. Focus more on a large set of Chains instead of forming Combos everywhere and you'll become better. Watch my two vids of defeating Bowser and Cordelia and see what your skill can become with practice.

Anyway, way to go, completing S-Hard without continues, that is still a powerful feat.

  • Uh but he had a faster time on Bowser than you did... o_O

Of course you'll never admit he's better, because gamers just don't do that even when its obvious. :P

  • lol, I know that, but time doesn't mean anything. The computer can make different moves each play, so the gameplay will never be the same each time.

Of course I won't say he's better then me because I have no proof either way who's better. I can say I'm faster then what is displayed above, but both he and I are faster with controllers, so it's still unknown.

Oh, and MarkoManX, the D-pad of a gamepad doesn't respond quick enough like the SNES controller can. You're better off with the keyboard.

  • Ugh, So many noobs saying he hacked... I mean, were both equally challenged. SHEESH

  • It was worthy of a YouTube post when I posted it, as no one had a completed Super Hard mode finish, at least I didn't see it.

If you can do better, download the proper stuff and respond to this vid. I'd love to see it.

  • That's the way to response.

    A real, deportive challenge.

By the way, not bad. Good time.

    0:46.

But I'm sure you can do it better. =)

  • He put the P1 and P2 settting on 7 and put P1 and P2 on CPU so that's the CPU playing in this video nott him hese lieing. I still have this game.

  • The cpu doesn't make those unnecessary moves. Silence.

  • silence?

  • Uhh... no.

The CPU doesn't drop blocks in between falling blocks. Plus, admittedly, I'm like 2 frames slower than the CPU on level 7... I'm just smarter.

  • Seems more like normal or easy...

it must be because its old panel de pon

and pokemon puzzle challenge super hard

    is harder.

  • it's only cause the controller for pokemon puzzle challenge was the bulky n64 controller...

if it wasn't that bulky it'd be the same i bet you

  • Tetris attack cpu doesn't compare to the 64's... And 2d mode just doesn't compare to 3d!

  • 3d mode always lags when it comes to long chains, giving you more time to think, making for longer chains. Too easy, almost never lose at it. And sure the cpu is better on the 64, but the characters, music, and attack sounds are WAY better for this game, which is why I like it more.

  • Not bad, had a few decent chains, but I don't think a controller would make that much of a difference...

  • Bowser is easy... lol

  • can i play with you??

  • You know...I think this is the fastest I've seen anyone go through super hard mode.

  • When I used to play this game I'd win most rounds on super hard in under 10 seconds, all you have to do is get a x4 or x5 or so right off the bat and the cpu will raise its screen up at the start and kill itself off.

  • actually, I got through faster

  • lets play against each other, i am that good too.

  • Also it's called "Very Hard" mode, not "Super Hard", also, Bowser isn't that good on regular Hard mode.

  • See, I started playing this game before the SNES was even invented. It was tougher back then, you had to use actual blocks and fly to Japan to play. And if you lost they took a finger.

  • Hmm. My brother and I have been playing since BEFORE 1996, possibly as far back as '93 or '92, I'm not sure. My brother's as good as you at forming chains... I tend to be more of a combo man myself, but I am his equal in combat. Good to see we're not the only ones with no life!

  • i lub u

  • o my god O_O

  • Well I Had pokemon puzzle challenge (the EXACT same game but with pokemon in the background, not nintendo guys) Anywho, if your on superhard it actually said "superhard" under level not "hard" Besides, once you get past superhard then you got intense mode to play... lemme tell you that is freaking tough...

  • ehm, it dosent say superhard the only way you can see if it's superhard and not just hard is the red background when you choose player...

  • your not even playing on super hard, noob

  • I'm not? Hmmm... go to 1:39 to 1:40 of this video. See the dark red background behind the text? That means Super Hard Mode. Look, maybe I'm not the best per se, but I'm far from a Noob, I've been playing this game since 1996.

  • can someone tell me with what program I can record myself playing with an emulator? I'd like to post some vids

  • i am god in this game

but my game cartrige got broken

  • Is Gargantuan Blargg your favorite Tetris Attack character? It seems you beat the whole game using him.

  • u cant beat me

  • maybe, but I was only using a computer keyboard. i haven't even played a good hhuman player in a very long time, so who knows. A friend of mine is trying to figure out Snes97's netplay shit, so maybe in the future soon...

  • i would bet you bigdimp has never even played tetris attack. he just makes himself feel good by saying hes better than someone he will never actually play. this is the little spoiled white kid that screams and throws a tantrum when he loses at something. so he has decided to stop putting himself in a position where he can lose.

  • You are a pro at that game.

  • also, computers are idiots

  • ur better than me, but not by that much...

  • lol i remember the pokemon version of this game on n64 u guys do even better than me lol

  • kabam I still play Tetris Attack too! you play well ^_^x

can you beat it with the code you win from beating super hard though? the stack keeps rising while you normally get a "stop" timer going, it's tough!
